I currently take many insurance panels. I am on Ohio Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Optum, Aetna, Caresource, Molina, Buckeye, Paramount, Tricare and Humana. However, sometimes a panel does not cover me. Please check to make sure I am on your panel.
